I ran into a new problem I had never heard before. A customer was using their laptop on an airline and tried connecting at the time but it failed. When they got back and tried to use OTC it was redirecting them to connect to the Airplanes WiFi. I learned about 'Forgetting this Network" on MACs and it solved the problem.
