OTC can only link up to QBO plus accounts, this is the only package that currently offers time tracking which is where the time card reports get sent. 


However, occasionally, people who have this report cannot get their hours to show up when they run payroll and create paychecks.


Steps to set this up in QBO: 


Go to the Gear Icon 'Settings' in the right hand upper corner

In the first column select 'Payroll Settings'

Under employees select 'time sheets' 

Select ' Copy hours over from employee time sheets'
