Troubleshooting Login problems with Chrome or other browsers.

1. Every time they put in their login information it would clear it out the information.
2. Or if it has other issues not letting them log in.
3. The following may also solve issues with other browsers

1. Clear both History and Cache in Chrome.
2. Then close Chrome and start it again. This will clear the memory.
3. Try to log in again. 
4. Still the same problem?
5. Then have them login using a different web browser. Make sure they are using the correct login information.
6. If they are able to log in using the different web browser then there is a problem with the Chrome web browser they usually work with.
7. Next, have them check what version Chrome they have on the computer. 
8. Have them try to update Chrome.
9. The newest version is 83.0.4103.97 as of 6/8/2020
10. If Chrome would not update because it is too old.
11. Have them uninstall Chrome and download the newest version.
