So, you've added some employees, but you're wondering what to do next. A good place to start is to go to Settings > Time Card Settings and make sure your Time Zone and Pay Period Type are set correctly. After you do this, let's make sure your employees' individual settings look good.
Select an employee to set up from the Employees menu at the top of the screen (you can hover over the "Employees" icon or just click on it). It will start you out on the General tab. Here you should make sure your employee's Overtime rule is set. If you're unsure of what your state's OT rule is, you can click on the "Overtime options & state requirements" link to the right of the "Overtime After" setting.
